Junction City Opera House Campaign

Raising $4.9 million towards a $6.7 million campaign goal in two short years is no easy feat. Especially when challenged with transforming an 1887 brick and limestone opera house into a state-of-the-art performing arts center located in a rural military community.

Persistence, faith and the “right” campaign members made the difference.

Success with Tax Credits Results in Doubled Pledges
Junction City Opera House donors doubled their pledges when awarded $180,000 in Kansas Department of Commerce Community Service Program tax credits—a competitive grant process and this was our third submit.
